Understanding the key factors in customers’ real estate decisions, and how to prepare properties to meet those demands are at the heart of our leasing services. We balance both the tenant and partners’ needs to create progressive, attractive environments. Although effective as a standalone service, we recommend pairing our leasing advisory services with asset management to most effectively apply 360 degree decision making to maximize your investments.

As an example, we successfully helped to sell 80% of the $2.3B private equity portfolio by adding value through repositioning and leasing the assets. The rent and occupancy increases provided an over 2 equity multiplier when the properties were sold. We leased approximately 3.2 million square feet which represented over 500 new and renewal transactions averaging 6,500 square feet per lease. The balance of the portfolio continues under a hold strategy.
